Ordering, Payment & Delivery

How to order?

To place an order for one or more products is easy and simple. All you have to do is to select the products, choose the method for payment and delivery and to confirm your order:

1. Find your product (either by brousing the web-page or by using the search engine). Add to your shopping cart using this button  .
2. If you wish to add more than one item you have to change the number in the Quantity box: .
3. Every time you click the "Add to cart" button you will be redirected to the basket web-page and view its content.
4. On the View Cart web-page you can edit quantities, remove products, use your discount coupons, empty your shopping cart, check your grand total. No matter what pages you are browsing, the content of your shopping cart will be saved untill you finish your order.
5. When you are ready just click the "Checkout" button. Here you have two options: If you have been logged into your account you will see your contact information; if you are not registered in our system or your are not logged in you can do it right now.
   The other option is to place an Anonymous order; if you choose the Anonymous option you must fill up contact information.
6. On the next step you will be presented with options for billing method and shipping method.
   The order is placed after your confirmation.
   
   Registered users can check the status of their orders.
    

Payment methods

Every time you place an order you have an option to choose one of the following payment methods:

• Collect on delivery
  C.O.D is calculated based on the whole amount (the total price of our products plus the courier service tax) plus payment collection price (according to prices of the shipping companies)
   

• Electronic money transfer - using ePay.bg
  Using this method you pay both our products and the delivery tax. You avoid the Payment Collection Price due in C.O.D.
  In this case you need to have an account at ePay.bg.
  Your order will be shipped as soon as ePay confirms the transaction.
  
  IMPORTANT!
  
  If you use Miccroaccount or Debit Card option in ePay there is a fee of 1.2% of the transaction value (VAT included).
  the fee is paid by itshop.bg!
  
  If you pay by credit card registered at ePay you will have to pay a fee according to the ePay transfer fees

Shipping & Delivery

You have two main options for shipping and delivery:

  We ship the order directly at the address given by you.
  Please check the Service and Tariff Guides of the shipping companies.
  
  Please check carefuly your address information.
  itshop.bg cannot be held responsible if your address/contact information is not correct.
  
  IMPORTANT!
  Shipping orders recieved after 15:30 are processed and shipped on the next working day
  
   
• By shipping company - FREE DELIVERY
  If your order total amount is more than 100 BGN we have the pleasure to pay the shipping fees
  (We reserve the right to choose the shipping company)
